Through the investigation on the situation of Garbage Enzymes applied in Anhui residents' daily home life, this study mainly analyzed Anhui residents' cognition and use of Garbage Enzyme, found the problems and put forward corresponding suggestions and measures for the home application of DIY Gar-bage Enzyme.%文章主要通过对环保酵素在安徽居民日常家居生活中应用情况的调查，分析安徽省居民对环保酵素的认知及使用情况，发现问题并提出DIY环保酵素在家居推广应用中的相应建议和措施。
