In recent years, the quality of student source for sec-ondary vocational schools is continuously poor. Under the severe realistic environment, how to improve students' learning effect from the angle of external elements is an issue worthy of consid-eration. To establish efficient secondary vocational class educa-tion is an important external stimulating element.
