有效调动高校教师的科研积极性

         

摘要

The problems of scientific fraud, misuse of scientific research funds in the university were mainly due to the lost of re-search enthusiasm of some university researchers. Based on summary of the main factors which affected teachers' enthusiasm in the universities, the author gave some suggestions about uni-versity research management which should implement "hu-man-oriented management", improve the incentive mechanism, pay more attention to researchers' professional ethics and strengthen the internal team building in order to mobilize univer-sity teacher research enthusiasm to develop the scientific re-search of the universities more effectively.%从当前高校科研中暴露出的种种问题中分析,部分高校教师丧失科研积极性是导致科研舞弊、经费滥用等现象的罪魁祸首.本文在总结了现阶段影响高校教师科研积极性的主要因素的基础上,建议高校科研管理实行"人本管理"、通过不断完善科研激励机制,优化科研环境、重视科研人员的科研道德管理,加强校内团队建设,有效地调动科研人员的科研积极性,从而更好地促进高校科研水平的发展.
