数学教师教育培训的实践与认识--基于“双五百”教师培训的经验与思考

         

摘要

通过培训前的诊断阶段,考查学员的知识和技能掌握情况,有利于培训课程设置的科学性。在跟班实践阶段,学员可以通过榜样的作用不断提高自我的教育教学水平。多元化的考核评价方法,可以激励学员参加教师培训的热情。如何更好地保持数学教师培训的后继性和激发数学教师继续学习的热情,是每个培训者需要深入思考的问题。%To examine the situation of trainees' mastery of knowl-edge and skills at the pre-training diagnosis stage is conducive to the scientific arrangement of training courses. At the in-class training stage, the trainees can constantly improve their own level of education and teaching through learning from examples. Di-versified evaluation methods can stimulate the trainees' enthusi-asm in participating in teacher training. How to better maintain the subsequent effect of mathematics teachers' training and stim-ulate mathematics teachers' enthusiasm in continuing learning is an issue every trainee should consider deeply.
