In September 2013, General Secretary Xi put forward the reform and revitalization of the silk road economic belt. Con-sidering the primary task of combating terrorism and maintaining stability, to better solve the employment problems of minority college students can not only promote the economic and social development of Xinjiang, as an important channel of the silk road, but also effectively interact with anti-terrorism and stability maintenance. As a region with multiple minority nationalities, South Xinjiang has a large number of minority college students, so higher education in this area should be attached to importance, as it serves as the frontier position for the improvement of college students' employability and the incipient springboard for college students' entrance into the society. With the two major groups, enrolled minority college students and minority graduates, as the research object, based on the actual survey data, this paper gives some suggestions on college teaching reform, hoping to provide a reasonable analysis and improvement plan for the problems ex-isting in the teaching and employment of minority college stu-dents.%2013年9月习总书记提出重整重振丝绸之路经济带，新疆作为路上丝绸之路的重要通道，在反恐维稳的第一要务下，更好地解决少数民族大学生就业问题，不仅有利于新疆经济社会的发展，同时又能与反恐维稳形成良性互动。作为少数民族聚集区域，新疆南疆高校少数民族大学生众多，高校教育作为大学生就业能力提升的前线阵地与大学生步入社会的先期跳板，尤应加以重视。文章以在校少数民族大学生与往届少数民族毕业生两大群体为调查研究主体，以实际调研数据为依据，针对高校教学改革提出相关的建议，以期针对少数民族大学生教学与就业中出现的问题方面给出合理的分析与改进方案。
