近年来,高校毕业生就业形势日趋严峻,高校辅导员对促进大学生充分就业起到很重要的作用,我们在不断的探索和实践中发现,就业指导服务体系的系统化和模块化能够大大提高工作效率.本文介绍高校就业指导服务体系的构成,提出系统模块构建的概念,进一步指出就业指导服务体系的运作下辅导员的工作要求.%In recent years, university graduates' employment situ-ation is worsening, while university counselors play a very impor-tant role in promoting the full employment of university students. It is found in continuous exploration and practice that the sys-tematization and modularization of the employment guidance and service system can greatly improve working efficiency. This arti-cle describes the composition of university employment guidance and service system, proposes the idea of systematic module con-struction, and further points out the requirements for counselors' work under the operation of employment guidance and service system.
