高职教育是我国在新的形势下为了促进社会进步与发展，于20世纪90年代创建的新的教育模式。与其他国家相比，我国高职教育起步时间较晚，很多学校只有二十几年甚至十几年的发展历史，这就为开展党建工作造成了很多困难。加上高职院校特别是由一些中专转变而来的高职院校在开展党建工作时缺乏相应的人才对学生进行培训，教师大多以兼职为主，专门从事党建工作的教师较少，这就造成党建事务繁重，很难开展一些大型的党建活动。这是党建工作相对滞后的原因所在。但是高职院校与普通本科院校一样是培养现代中国特色社会主义的先进人才，帮助大学生构建世界观、人生观、价值观的重要阵地，理应加快党建工作的发展，使得当代的社会主义核心价值观引领大学生的思想潮流，培养新一代的共产主义接班人。基于此，本文将针对党建工作中存在的问题进行分析，并具体阐释在新的形势下如何对高职院校党建工作进行创新。%Higher vocational education is a new mode of education created in the 1990s in order to promote social progress and de-velopment under the new situation in China. Compared with other countries, China's higher vocational education starts late and many colleges have merely decade to two decades' history of de-velopment, which has caused many difficulties in the implemen-tation of Party construction. Currently, higher vocational colleges, especially some higher vocational colleges transformed from sec-ondary vocational schools, lack corresponding talents to train stu-dents, and most teachers are part-time teachers. There are few teachers specially for Party construction, making Party construc-tion affairs cumbersome, and making it difficult to launch some large-scale Party construction activities. The above is the reason for the relatively backward Party construction. But higher voca-tional colleges and common undergraduate colleges are both aimed at cultivating advanced talents of modern socialism with Chinese characteristics, and they are both important positions for helping college students to establish their outlooks on the world, life and values, so we should accelerate the development of Party construction, making contemporary core socialist values guide college students' ideological trends, thus cultivating a new gener-ation of communist successors. Based on this, this paper will an-alyze the problems existing in Party construction, and specify how to innovate the Party construction in higher vocational colleges under the new situation.
