研究生培养模式在协同创新视野下的转换分析

         

摘要

With economic development and social progress, the Party and government have a further knowledge of China's devel-opment mode, gradually transforming the ideas of development and fully discovering advantageous factors that can realize Chi-na's sustainable social and economic development. As important strategic resources, talents have been given more and more atten-tion, while postgraduates, as an important part of talents for Chi-na, plays an important role in improving China's scientific re-search ability and promoting academic development, but due to the restrictions of traditional talent cultivation modes, China's postgraduate cultivation mode has various deficiencies and short-comings. To construct a more scientific and improved cultivation mode, this paper introduces collaborative innovation into the postgraduate cultivation mode to optimize it. Combined with the current situation of the postgraduate cultivation mode, this paper aims to make a scientific exploration on the mode from the per-spective of collaborative innovation and provide references for its application in practice guided by relevant education theories.%随着经济的发展,社会的进步,党和政府对我国发展模式有了更为深刻的认识,逐渐转换发展思路,充分发掘实现我国社会经济可持续发展的优势因素.人才作为一种重要的战略资源,受到越来越多的重视,而研究生作为我国人才构成上的重要一环,在提升我国的科研能力,促进学术发展方面有着重要的作用,但是由于受传统人才培养模式的制约,我国的研究培养模式存在着诸多缺陷与不足,为了构建一个更为科学完善的培养模式,将协同创新引入到研究生培养模式之中,对旧有的培养模式进行优化与升级,本文旨在结合研究生培养模式的现状,在教育学相关理论的指导下,对协同创新视野下的研究生培养模式进行科学的探讨,以期为其在实践之中的应用提供借鉴.
