To improve the scientificalness and effectiveness of school management is highly recommended in modern education theories;to construct a harmonious campus is the ultimate goal of modern education. From four aspects including school leadership construction, teacher team establishment, inter-school relation-ship building and three-in-one education network formation, this paper interprets the harmonious campus and proposes sugges-tions.%提高学校管理的科学性和有效性，这是现代教育理论极力推崇的；构建和谐校园，也是现代教育追求的终极目标。文章从学校领导班子建设、教师队伍打造、校际关系建立、三位一体教育网络构成四个方面，对构建和谐校园进行解读并提出建议。
