从工作职责界定的角度探究辅导员的考核工作

         

摘要

目前辅导员工作考核中存在指标不明确、重点不突出、业绩难量化、奖惩不合理等诸多不足,应以职责明确、工作可量化、职责适度等原则构建科学合理的考核机制,推进学生工作质量的全面提升。%In the counselor's work assessment, there are such problems as indicators are not clear, accountability is not reason-able, the focus is not prominent, and the performance is difficult to quantify, rewards and Punishments are unclear,etc. It should adhere to the principle of clear responsibilities, quantified work, and suitable responsibility to set up scientific and rational coun-selors' work assessment in order to promote the improvement of students affairs quality.
