Functional translation theory, with the objective as the rule, is a theory guiding the pluralistic development of translation criteria, as it can not only expand the research scope of transla-tion theories, but also be applied to the research of Business English translation, therefore, functional translation theory, to some extent, has impelled the development of the translation his-tory. This paper mainly deeply studies Business English transla-tion from the perspective of functional translation theory, hoping to give impetus to the research and development of translation theories in China.%功能翻译理论是以目的为法则，引导翻译标准的多元化趋势发展理论，不仅扩大了翻译理论的研究范围，并将功能翻译理论运用到商务英语翻译研究中，在一定程度上，功能翻译理论推动了翻译历史的发展。本文主要针对功能翻译理论视角下的商务英语翻译进行深入的研究，对我国翻译理论的研究与发展具有一定的促进作用。
