党的十八大报告中明确指出要创新基层党建工作，夯实党执政的基础。高校基层党组织是由优秀的青年学子组成，加强大学生基层党组织的建设，增强青年党员的服务意识和责任意识对于发展党的事业，巩固党的执政地位等都具有十分重要的意义。本文简要阐述了高校基层党组织中存在的一些问题，并就这些问题提出了一些对策。%Innovating grassroots Party building and reinforcing the foundation of the Party in power have been clearly pointed out in the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of Chi-na. Grassroots organizations are composed of outstanding young students in universities. It is of great significance in strengthen-ing the construction of students' grassroots organizations, increas-ing service awareness of young Party members and sense of re-sponsibility for the development of the Party's cause, consolidat-ing the Party's ruling status. This article briefly describes the problems that exist in university grassroots Party organizations, and puts forward some countermeasures for these issues.
