会计电算化课程作为会计专业的主干核心课程，其教学效率高低与实训教学的效果好差对学生的技能掌握影响很大。本文针对机房用友会计软件管理与学生自备电脑会计软件安装、数据共享存在的不协调，利用VM虚拟机软件管理，解决了会计数据备份、恢复速度慢、WIN7系统不能安装用友会计软件的问题。%Accounting computerization is a core course for ac-counting majors, so its teaching effectiveness and training teach-ing effect are of great influence on students' mastery of skills. In view of the inharmony of accounting software installation and data sharing between Yongyou accounting software management in the computer room and students' personal computers, we used VM virtual machine software management and have solved some problems, such as accounting data backup, slow recovery, and failing to install Yongyou accounting software under WIN7 sys-tem.
