“大型数据库开发与管理”是信息管理与电子商务专业一门重要的专业课，具有计算机课程的特点，需着重培养学生的学习能力、动手实践能力、创新能力、发现问题和解决问题的能力。但是在实际教学中，发现存在学生学习兴趣低下、学习方法不正确、实践时间不足等问题。为解决上述问题，笔者在教学中采用了互动式以学生为主的授课方式，从教学方法、教学环节和考核方式三个方面进行了改革。经过一学期的改革实践后，发现学生的自学能力、动手能力、沟通能力均有明显提高，从被动学习转向了主动学习，改革取得较好效果。%"Development and Management of Large Scale Database"is an important professional course for the information management and electronic commerce major and it possesses the characteristics of computer courses. In the teaching of the course, the teacher should focus on the cultivation of students' learning ability, practical ability, innovative ability, and the ability of dis-covering and solving problems. But in practical teaching, it is found that students' learning interest is low and their learning methods are incorrect,and their time for practice is insufficient. In order to solve the above problems, the writers adopted an interac-tive teaching style oriented by students, and made a reform from such three aspects as teaching methods, teaching procedures and evaluation methods. After the reform practice for one term, it is found that students' self-study ability, hands-on ability and communicative ability have been obviously improved and their learning has been transformed from passive learning to active learning, indicating that the reform has achieved favorable effect.
