The teaching mode is changing from teacher-centered to student-centered. In this process, network teaching systems are more and more multifarious and show some defects. An inte-grated teaching system is proposed which covers the whole seg-ments including teaching plan, theory teaching, practical teaching and quality assessment. This discussion has important practical significance.%当前教学从以教师为中心的模式向以学生为中心模式的转变，多种形态的网络信息化教学系统应运而生。针对教学系统繁杂且渐露弊端的状况，本文提出了可贯通教学策划、理论教学、实践教学以及质量评估各个环节为一体的教学平台框架思路，对形成“设计-教学-评价-改进-再设计”的过程具有现实意义。
