With the accelerated development of the Internet, work of Communist Youth League CYL has been greatly developed and proceeded. The work style and management model for CYL faces new challenges and opportunities. How to grasp the impulse of new media and incorporate it into the daily work for CYL is an urgent task needed to be solved. This paper, by analyzing the characteristics of college CYL work in new media era, illustrates its fundamental tasks and tries to find the solving strategies under network environment.%在网络迅速发展的推动下，高校新媒体建设取得了长足的发展和进步，高校共青团正以全新的工作方式和管理模式迎接新的机遇与挑战。如何正确把握新媒体脉搏，将其合理运用到共青团日常工作，是高校共青团急需解决的研究课题。本文通过对新媒体时代高校共青团工作的特点分析，进一步明确高校共青团组织的根本任务，提出高校共青团工作网络化转型对策。
