Combining with the teaching work, on the basis of cor-rect understanding of"integration of teaching, learning, practice, war", from the point of view of teachers, as well as the two aspects of oneself and post, how teachers strengthen their own construc-tion, change their teaching ideas, and improve their quality com-prehensively, were discussed in order to better adapt to the edu-cation and teaching model of "integration of teaching, learning, practice, war"under the new situation of the public security col-leges and universities.%结合教学工作，在正确理解“教、学、练、战一体化”的基础上，基于教师的角度，从自身和岗位两个方面，探讨教师如何加强自身建设，转变教学观念，全面提升教师素质，以更好适应新形势下公安院校“教、学、练、战一体化”教育教学模式。
