当前国家大力发展职业教育，这对于提高人民综合素质、提升综合国力、构建和谐社会有重要作用。随着新形势下职业教育的快速发展，由于种种原因，职校学生的思想政治教育出现了许多问题，造成了职业学校思想政治教育的实效性差，这给职业学校的发展带来了不少困难。文章通过对职业学校学生的特点和思想政治教育实效性的现状进行分析，提出了提高职校学生思想政治教育实效性的对策。%The vigorous development of vocational education plays an important role in improving the people's comprehensive quality and comprehensive national strength, as well as con-structing a harmonious society. With the rapid development of vocational education in the new situation, due to various reasons, there have been many problems in the ideological and political e-ducation of vocational school students, resulting in poor effective-ness of ideological and political education in vocational schools, and lots of difficulties for the development of vocational schools. Through analyzing the characteristics of vocational school stu-dents and the current situation of the effectiveness of ideological and political education, this paper proposed countermeasures to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education for vocational school students.
