This paper discussed the construction of a curriculum system with occupation ability as the core based on employer survey, with the method of industry expert interview and the goal of job requirements. The aim of the paper is to cultivate students' comprehensive ability of "practice+theory+practical opera-tion+skill"through the construction of a curriculum system based on occupation ability, and to continuously adjust and construct the curriculum system for civil engineering major through the combination of four new technologies in order to make it adapt to market demand and reflect the idea and core connotation of mod-ern civil engineering.%以用人单位调查为基础、以行业专家座谈为方式、以岗位需求为目标，构建以职业能力为核心的课程体系。本文旨在构建基于职业能力的课程体系，培养学生“实践+理论+实操+技能”的综合能力，通过结合“四新”技术，不断调整构建木土工程专业课程体系，使其适应市场需求，反映现代土木工程思想及核心内涵。
