The construction of values has influenced on the sta-bility of social order, representing the degree of a race's civiliza-tion, affecting the global economy, politics,military and many oth-er fields. For the study of values, we must first in-depth study the theoretical connotation of value, but this research is not only to study the discussions of scholars at all times and in all countries, but also to go deep into Karl Marx's "Economic and Philosophical Manuscripts of 1844" to dig its value idea, and find the discus-sion of the concept and characteristics of value in the book, in or-der to have a certain inspiration to college students' ideological and political education.%价值观的建设，关系着社会秩序的稳定，代表着一个种族的文明程度，影响着全球经济、政治、军事等诸多领域。而研究价值观，我们务必首先深入研究价值的理论内涵，在古今中外学者的讨论之余，深入马克思《1844年经济学哲学手稿》中去挖掘其价值思想是本文的研究视角，在原著严整的逻辑思维中发现有关价值概念及特点的论述，以求能对大学生思想政治教育有一定的启发。
