高职院校学生党建工作存在的主要问题是学生党员结构不合理，党支部管理不合理，党支部特色不明显，因此加强党建工作尤显重要。本文以民办高校为例，探索以抓好早期培养教育、创新发展模式、倡导“走出去”、增强入党积极分子的社会实践经验和社会责任感，建立党员管理的激励约束机制，加强对党务工作者的培训、提高理论水平和党务工作能力为主的学生党建工作新思路。%The main problems of students' party construction in higher vocational colleges is that the structure of student party members is unreasonable, the management of party branch is un-reasonable, and the characteristics of party branch is not obvious, so strengthening the party building work is particularly important. In this paper, taking the private college as an example, explores the new ideas for party-building work with the following aspects as the main part, early training and education, innovating devel-opment model, advocating"going out", enhancing the social re-sponsibility and social practice experience of party activists, es-tablishing the incentive and restraint mechanisms of party man-agement, strengthening the training of party workers, and im-proving the theoretical level and party-working ability.
