社会运行和发展教育的主要目的就是最终实现教育的目标。高职教育的培养目标是指各类高职院校、高职培训机构所培养的人才规格和素质要求。职业教育作为整个教育序列中的一个组成部分，它的培养目标既具有一般的通性，同时也具有其特殊性。本文通过阐述我国高等职业教育人才培养目标的依据，分析高职教育培养目标的构成和定位，并对我国高职教育人才培养目标的实现提出建议。%Social progress and developing education are mainly to realize the goal of education. The cultivation goal of higher voca-tional education is one part of the whole education system, so it is not only common, but unique. Through interpreting the references of China's higher vocational talent cultivation goal, this paper an-alyzes the constitution and positing of higher vocational educa-tional goal, and proposes suggestions on the realization of China's higher vocational talent training goal.
