工会是沟通企业和员工的重要桥梁，企业要维持持续稳定发展，就要充分发挥工会的桥梁作用。本文结合个人实际提出工会如何在工作中创建和谐的劳动关系来展开论述。%Te trade union is an important bridge connecting the enterprise and the staff. To maintain sustainable development, an enterprise should give full play to the bridge role. Combining with personal practice, this paper proposes how to construct a harmo-nious labor relationship.
