随着市场经济的快速发展,酒店行业也得到快速的兴起,专业化的人才需求紧缺。对专业人才的培养显得尤为重要,对传统的教育进行改革,使高等职业教育模式为教学过程的实践性,把专业课知识结合工作实际开展开放性、职业性的教育培养。顺应教育的改革,现在酒店管理相关的高职院校已经在校园内设置了酒店管理校内生产实训的基地,学生们在实训基地进行学习,锻炼自我,本文对于酒店管理校内生产性实训基地设施设备如何管理进行探究。%With the fast development of market economy,hotel industry is also developing rapidly,so professional talents are urgently needed.In order to cultivate professional talents,we should reform traditional education,that is,to implement various practice teachings.Some farsighted higher vocational colleges has established school-based hotel management practice bases,in which students and practice their skills,but how to manage the equipments and facilities in the bases is still an issue worth exploring.
