Professional talent of assistive technology refers to professional staff providing services for the disabled in the selection or the application of assistive technology device.Through the investigation on the present situation of professional service talents for assistive technology of disabled aid devices in Nanjing City,this paper proposes advice for the improvement of professional personnel training.%残疾人辅助技术专业人才是指为残疾人在选择、获得或应用辅助技术装置方面提供服务的专业人员。本文通过对南京市残疾人辅助器具技术人才现状的调查,拟提出完善专业化人才培养的建议。
