我国高校教师队伍的构成已发生巨大变化，以刚走出校门的博士为代表的大批青年教师正逐步成为高校教师队伍的一员。由于环境和自身的因素，部分青年教师存在教学效果不佳的问题，在一定程度上影响了学生的培养质量。文章深入探讨了高校青年教师在教学工作中普遍存在的问题，并结合笔者自身的经验针对性地提出了解决方法。% With the tremendous changes in the composition of the university teachers, a large number of young teachers just obtained the doctor’s degree is gradually becoming one of the university teachers.
