《中共中央关于构建社会主义和谐社会若干重大问题的决定》对教育工作的指导方针和战略举措提出了明确要求,是指导当前教育发展和改革的纲领性文件。这其中,和谐教育则是构建社会主义和谐社会题中应有之义。人的和谐是社会和谐之本。而人的和谐关键在教育,只有和谐的教育,才可能培养出和谐的人才。作为职业学校的一名英语教师,如何在教学中进行学生的素质教育,如何让学生在有限的时间内尽可能地在快乐的氛围中掌握必要的知识要点一直是笔者思考的课题。实景教学采用快乐式任务型教学模式,在这一方面有着它积极的作用。%In the decision on several issues of harmonious socialist society,the CPC central committee proposed clear guidelines and strategies on education which become the programmatic document in the aspect of education development and reformation.Harmonious education is the core of harmonious socialist society.Human harmony is the foundation of harmonious society.Only harmonious education can cultivate harmonious talents.As an English teacher of Career College,the author keeps on studying the topic of how to carry out the quality education and how to let students learn more knowledge pleasantly in short time.Drawing on local resources and teaching in live-action plays an import role in pleasure and task-based teaching.
