高校专业教师兼职班主任的创新人才管理模式实践与探索

         

摘要

With the emergence of cultural values diversity and increasingly serious employment situation derived from large-scale and consecutive social transformation,university students are playing an increasingly important role on national security and social stability in Today's China.Teacher advisor has dual responsibilities about adult education and talent education for students.After exploration and practice,some universities successfully introduced innovative talent management model of professional teacher as class advisor.Practice has proved that professional teacher as class advisor have advantages in professional guidance,formation of a good style of study,innovative training and career planning of students.In this paper,combined with years of practice as class advisors,we explore the issues faced at work and response measures according to characteristics of contemporary university students to promote the work performance of class advisors and achieve win-win situation.%当代中国大规模、持续性的社会转型产生的文化价值观念多元化、就业形势日益严峻,使高校学生群体在国家安全和社会稳定中扮演的角色越来越重要。高校班主任兼具大学生成人和成才教育的双重职责,经过探索与实践,一些高校成功引进专业教师兼职班主任的创新人才管理模式。实践证实,专业教师担任兼职班主任对大学生专业引导、良好学风形成、创新能力培养和职业生涯规划等方面具有优势。本文结合多年从事班主任工作的实践,针对当代大学生的特点,探讨高校班主任工作面临的问题及应对措施,以促进专业教师在工作实践中与大学生共同提高,实现"共赢"。
