This paper, by taking Jiangxi fastener factory as an example, systematically introduces the applica-tion of the ideological and political work in the management, , expounds its importance for enterprises with diffi-culty in the management, and puts forward three suggestions for the enterprise on extracting from its predicament:adhere to the people first, improve staff's ideological and political level;strengthen ideological and moral construc-tion, improve the level of enterprise management innovation;work based on the economic foundation of enterpris-es, and promote the healthy development of enterprises.%本文以江西紧固件厂的实践经验为例，系统的阐述了江西紧固件厂基于思想政治工作的企业管理应用，阐述思想政治工作对困难企业在管理中的重要性，为企业走出困境提出三大建议：坚持以人为本，提升企业员工的思想政治水平；加强思想道德建设，提高企业管理创新水平；立足企业实际，推动困难企业健康发展。
