Based on Porter Diamond Model, factor conditions, demand conditions, firm strategy, structure and rivalry, related and supportive industries, government and chance are six elements in the analysis of the competitiveness of Jiangxi's photovoltaic industry. Then this article puts forward suggestions how to enhance industrial competitiveness of Jiangxi's photovoltaic industry.%本文基于波特的钻石模型,从生产要素,需求条件,企业战略、企业结构和同业竞争以及相关产业、支持产业四个决定因素以及政府和机遇两个辅助因素,对江西光伏产业竞争力进行了系统分析,揭示产业竞争力现状,据此找出提升我省光伏产业竞争力的对策和建议。
