湿法磷酸净化脱氟、硫、砷的研究进展

         

摘要

With the development of agriculture,animal husbandry and food industry in our country,the demand for phosphoric acid and phosphates is also increasing.At the present,the method of producing phosphoric acid and phosphates is mainly using the wet-process technology.There are impurity ions such as fluorine,sulfur and arsenic in wet-process phosphoric acid.Fluoride and arsenic ions are harmful to the human and animals,and the presence of sulfur may affect the purity and performance of the subsequent processing of phosphoric acid.The removal of these impurities will have contributed to improve the quality of wet process phosphoric acid,and lay the foundation for its application in feed,food and electronics industry.In this paper,the research status of removal of fluoride,sulfur and arsenic from wet process phosphoric acid was reviewed.The three kinds of impurities can be purified by chemical precipitation method,fluorine and sulfur can be removed by solvent extraction,fluorine can be removed by stripping method,and arsenic can also be removed by crystallization method.%随着我国农业、畜牧业及食品行业的不断发展,对磷酸及磷酸盐的需求量也不断增加.目前,生产磷酸及磷酸盐的方法主要采用湿法.湿法磷酸中存在着诸如氟、硫、砷等杂质离子,氟、砷离子对人体和动物有很大的伤害,硫的存在会影响磷酸后续加工产品的纯度和性能.这几种杂质的脱除,将有利于提升湿法磷酸的品质,为其在饲料、食品及电子行业的应用奠定基础.分别对湿法磷酸净化脱氟、硫、砷的研究状况进行了综述,这三种杂质均可用化学沉淀法进行净化,氟和硫可用溶剂萃取法进行脱除,氟还可用汽提法,砷还可用结晶法脱除.
