酶解法提取银杏叶多糖的初步研究

         

摘要

To study the extraction of Ginkgo leaf polysaccharide,using dried Ginkgo leaf as raw material,we adopted cellulose enzyme,combined with water extraction,and then extracted with 95 % ethanol precipitation to give active substance Ginkgo leaf polysaccharide.Quantitatively extracting 10 g Ginkgo leaf with cellulose enzyme obtained (0.195 3 ± 0.001 1) g polysaccharide,the extraction of water extraction was (0.166 9±0.003 6)g.In this study,by comparison with the different extraction of polysaccharides of Ginkgo leaf,the cellulose enzyme is better extraction method.%研究酶解法提取银杏叶多糖.以干燥的银杏叶为原料,采用纤维素酶法结合水提法,再将提取液用体积分数为95%的乙醇沉淀,提取银杏叶多糖.10 g银杏叶用纤维素酶法的提取银杏叶多糖的量为(0.195 3±0.011 1)g,水提法的提取量为(0.166 9±0.003 6)g.纤维素酶法与水提法比较,提取量更高.
