MAMA-VA-MA聚合物的合成与降凝性能的研究

         

摘要

Lubricating oil with de-coagulation property was synthesized by the method of "first ester post-polymerization" with methacrylic acid (MA),mixed alcohol (MA),vinyl acetate (VA) and maleic anhydride (MA) as raw materials.The optimum conditions of esterification were:n(mixed alcohol) ∶ n (methacrylic acid) =1 ∶ 1;m (catalyst) ∶ m(methacrylic acid+mixed alcohol)=3%;m (solvent) ∶ m (methacrylic acid+mixed alcohol)=60%;esterification time is 2 h.The optimum polymerization conditions were as follows:m (vinyl acetate) ∶ m (methacrylic acid+mixed alcohol)=20 %;m (maleic anhydride) ∶ m (methacrylic acid+mixed alcohol) =30 %;m (BPO) ∶ m (methacrylic acid+ mixed alcohol)=2.5 %;polymerization temperature 85 ℃;polymerization time 3 h.The target product was added into the lubricating oil.When the mass fraction was 0.8%,the pour point of 150SN lubricating oil base oil could be reduced by 16 ℃.%实验以甲基丙烯酸(MA)、混合醇(MA)、醋酸乙烯酯(VA)、马来酸酐(MA)为原料,采用“先酯后聚”法合成了具有降凝性能的润滑油降凝剂.得到酯化反应最佳条件为n(混合醇)∶n(甲基丙烯酸)=1∶1,m(催化剂)∶m(甲基丙烯酸十混合醇)=3%(简写为酸醇,下同),m(溶剂)∶m(酸醇)=60%,酯化时间2h.聚合反应最优条件为m(醋酸乙烯酯)∶m(酸醇)=20%,m(马来酸酐)∶m(酸醇)=30%,m(过氧化苯甲酰)∶m(酸醇)=2.5%,聚合温度85℃,聚合时间3h.将目标产物加入润滑油中,当m(降凝剂)∶m(酸醇)=0.8%时,可使150SN润滑油基础油凝点降低16℃.
