牡丹籽油纳米乳凝胶的制备r及体外透皮特性研究

         

摘要

Prepared nanoemulsion with Paeonia suffruticosa seed oil as oil phase ,polyoxyethylene hy-drogenated castor oil as surfactant and PEG400 as cosurfactant by high-speed shearing homogenization method .Prepared the nanoemulsion gel with carbopol as substrate ,and evaluated its appearance , particle size distribution ,stability and in-vitro transdermal properties .The results showed that the nanoemulsion gel had a uniform appearance and good sability I.ts particle size was 160.0 nm and the Ze-ta potential value was -20.1 mV .The transdermal experiment results showed that nanoemulsion gel could significantly increase the transdermal properties of Paeonia suffruticosa seed oil ,w hich could provide reference for its application in the field of cosmetics .%以牡丹籽油为油相,聚氧乙烯氢化蓖麻油为表面活性剂,PEG400为助表面活性剂,采用高速剪切乳匀法制得牡丹籽油纳米乳,以卡波姆为基质制得牡丹油纳米乳凝胶,对其外观性状、粒径分布、稳定性、体外透皮特性进行了考察.结果表明,制备的牡丹油纳米乳凝胶外观均匀细腻,粒径为160.0 nm,Zeta电位值为-20.1 m V,物理稳定性好,体外透皮实验结果表明纳米乳凝胶能显著增加牡丹籽油的透皮性能,可为其在化妆品领域的应用提供参考.
