To improve the dissolution of atorvastatin calcium ,several different hydrophilic carrier ma-terials such as PEG4000 ,PEG6000 ,polyvinylpyrrolidone K30 (PVP-K30 ) and poloxamer188(F68) ,with different proportions to atorvastatin calcium were prepared into solid dispersions .To determine the dissolution of solid dispersions with the established HPLC method indicated that PVP-K30 can best im-prove atorvastatin calcium dissolution .%为了提高阿托伐他汀钙的溶出度,实验采用不同种类的亲水性载体材料(聚乙二醇4000,聚乙二醇6000,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮K30,泊洛沙姆188),分别与阿托伐他汀钙按不同的比例制成固体分散体,用建立的HPLC方法测定制备的阿托伐他汀钙固体分散体的溶出度,结果表明以聚乙烯吡咯烷酮K30(PVP-K30)与阿托伐他汀钙按质量比为5:1的比例制备的固体分散体溶出度最高.
