硫酸铜中痕量砷国标检测法的改进研究

         

摘要

国家标准和行业标准对硫酸铜中痕量砷测定方法采用砷斑法(GB/T610.1-1988、HG/T3592-1999),此方法不够直观,无法定量分析砷.作者提出了一些改进,在酸性溶液中,首先用碘化钾和氯化亚锡将As5+还原为As3+,再加入单质锌与酸作用生成氢气,As3+与氢气作用生成砷化氢气体,用溴化汞吸收液吸收砷化氢气体并进行显色反应,在385nm波长下进行吸光度测定,以砷标液的浓度-吸光度关系式为参比进行计算,最终得到砷的含量.该方法具有检测限低,操作简单、分析速度快等优点.%The arsenic spot method (GB/T 610. 1-1988,HG/T 3592-1999) utilized for the examination of arsenic in copper sulphate according to National standards and industry standards is not intuitive and unavailable for the realization of quantitative analysis of arsenic. Thus,a number of improvements have been made,in the acidic solution,potassium iodide and stannous chloride are first used to reduce As5+ to As3+ ,then elemental zinc is added to react with acid for the production of hydrogen,at last, As3+ reacts with hydrogen and hydrogen arsenide was obtained. The solution of HgBr was used to absorb Has, the color reaction was carried out and spectrophotometry was examined at 385 nm wavelength , the content of arsenic is obtained in terms of the equation of relation of the standard arsenic solution and spectrophotometry. The method is in advantage of low detection limit,simple operation and fast analysis.
