基于链板理论S-N曲线的链条疲劳可靠性设计

         

摘要

Chain has wide applications in petroleum machinery and agricultural machinery. Reliability of the chain has important influence on mechanical system reliability. The main failure mode of the chain is fatigue frac-ture of the chain plate,so the analysis of the chain plate's S-N curve is very important for fatigue reliability design of the chain. Because the fatigue test is avoided,the theoretical method of the chain plate's S-N curve is convenient for application to engineering. The theoretical method of the chain plate's S-N curve and the method of fatigue relia-bility design of the chain were presented. By comparing the analysis results and the conventional design principle of the chain,the feasibility of the proposed theoretical method of the chain plate's S-N curve and the method of fatigue reliability design of the chain is verified.%链条传动在石油机械、农业机械等领域应用广泛.链条可靠性对于机械系统可靠性具有重要影响.链条的主要失效形式是链板疲劳断裂,链板零件强度寿命(S-N)曲线是链条疲劳可靠性设计的重要基础.合理可行的链板零件理论S-N曲线可以避免开展疲劳试验或者仅仅进行少量疲劳试验;且便于工程应用.提出了链板零件S-N曲线的理论处理方法.基于链板零件理论S-N曲线,给出了板式链条疲劳可靠性设计方法.通过实例分析结果与板式链条常规设计原则相对比,验证了链板零件S-N曲线理论处理方法和板式链条疲劳可靠性设计方法的可行性.
