粉煤灰和固硫灰填充天然橡胶的性能比较

         

摘要

选用粒径分布相同、理化性质不同的普通粉煤灰(PC ash) 和循环流化床固硫灰(CFB ash) 填充天然橡胶,并研究了对天然橡胶混炼胶性能的影响.结果表明:经PC灰或者CFB灰补强的天然橡胶混炼胶的100%定伸应力、永久变形和硬度得到提升.填充量相同条件下,表面疏松多孔的絮状CFB灰补强效果明显优于密实球形玻璃体PC灰.这是由于CFB灰的表面疏松多孔,与天然橡胶存在更多的交联点;CFB灰中存在的部分可燃物起到类似炭黑的补强作用.经硅烷偶联剂活化后的粉煤灰具有更好的补强效果.%Normal fly ash(PC ash) and circulating fluid bed ash(CFB ash),which with same diameter distri-bution and different physicochemical characteristics were used to filled nature rubber,and properties of natural rub-ber compound were investigated. The results showed that:100% modulus,permanent deformation and hardness re-inforced of natural rubber compound increased. CFB ash has a better reinforcing effect than that of PC ash. It is be-cause that CFB ash(porous surface) has more junction with natural rubber than that of PC ash(solid spherical particles),and carbon residue in CFB ash plays a reinforcing effect like carbon black. KH550 modified fly ash has better reinforcement effect than original ash.
