区域路网一体化综合评价指标体系

         

摘要

目前常用单个地区的交通路网规划方法选取区域路网一体化评价指标,忽略了区域内各地区间的路网衔接和路网均衡问题,对一体化的特征和要求反映不够深刻、准确.因此,论文从突破行政区划、均衡发展、资源共享的一体化角度,选取了区域路网一体化在规模合理、衔接顺畅、网络均衡三个内涵维度的评价指标,从而建立了区域路网一体化综合评价指标体系.并进一步利用基于层次分析的模糊综合评价方法,对京津冀路网一体化发展水平进行了实例分析和评价,得出京津冀区域的路网在规模、结构、布局上的均衡性较好,地区之间的差异较小,但是跨境路网衔接性很差.评价结果与实际相符,证明了该评价指标体系的合理性.%At present, regional transportation integration evaluation index is always chosen by method of project-ing traffic network of single area, which ignores network connection and equilibrium in the region.This is defective in integration's characteristics and requirements.Therefore, from the perspective of breaking through administrative divisions, linking up smoothly and balancing network,comprehensive evaluation index system was established for regional road network.Utilizing fuzzy comprehensive evaluation on the basis of analytic hierarchy process, it analy-zes and evaluates the development level of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei road network integration.The conclusion is that road network of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is good at scale, structure and layout, bad at bridging cross-border network, and the regional difference is small.The evaluation results are consistent with the actual results, and the rationality of the evaluation index system is proved.
