基于dsPIC智能无功补偿装置的设计与实现

         

摘要

Current reactive power compensation device to thyristor switch, air switch, the control unit and condenser fragmented along the power distribution cabinet is presenfed.Using the controller to control multiple capacitors, if the controller fails, the whole device will not be able to run normally.To this end, a dsPIC was designed based intelligent reactive power compensation device, device hardware architecture is given, mainly dsPIC6014A control chip for three-phase voltage, current sampling, through the FFT method and electric parameters, basis for capacitors for reactive power control.Give dsPIC chip principle, the network information data acquisition circuit, zero switching on-off switch circuit, thyristor driving circuit and magnetic relay drive circuit were introduced., and the device of the main program flow chart and the hardware circuit of common intelligent reactive power compensation device of the various functions.The experimental result shows that the design of the intelligent reactive power compensation device compensation effect is good, high performance.%当前无功补偿装置将晶闸管开关、空气开关、控制单元和电容器等零散地分布在配电柜中.使用控制器控制多个电容器,若控制器出现故障,则整台装置将无法正常运行.为此,设计了一种基于dsPIC的智能无功补偿装置,给出装置硬件总体结构,以dsPIC6014A为主控制芯片对三相电压、电流进行采样,通过FFT法求出电力参数,依据无功功率对电容器的投切进行控制.给出dsPIC芯片原理,介绍了电网信息数据采集电路、过零点投切开关电路、晶闸管驱动电路和磁保持继电器驱动电路.给出装置的主程序流程图,将其和各硬件电路结合共同实现智能无功补偿装置的各个功能.实验结果表明,所设计的智能无功补偿装置补偿效果好,性能高.
