反推二维格栅气动设计

         

摘要

反推二维格栅气动设计是大涵道比涡扇发动机反推设计技术的一个关键环节.在系统给出反推二维格栅气动设计方法的基础上,进行反推二维格栅多方案关键几何参数设计和数值模拟,采用非结构化网格生成技术,研究反推格栅在稠度为2.00情况下轴向偏距、几何进气角和几何出气角对空气流量、反推力和落后角的影响.结果表明:利用二维CFD可以对格栅关键几何参数进行设计优化以改进初始设计,在空气流量、反推力和落后角的性能平衡中,得出一组较佳的二维格栅设计方案是轴向偏距为0mm、进气角为45°、出气角为40°.%As a critical step in reverser design of high bypass ratio turbofan,two dimensional aerodynamic design method of the reverser cascade was conducted.Critical parameters were designed through CFD simulations with unstructured mesh.Variance tendency of reverser performance parameters such as reverse thrust,mass flow and deviation with design parameters including axial offset,metal inlet and outlet angle were analyzed.Conclusion has been drawn that with assistance of CFD simulation,geometry parameters of initial design can be improved.Trade-offs shows that the best solution of the many design candidates turns out to be the one with axial offset of 0 millimeters,an inlet angle of 45 degrees and outlet angle of 40 degrees.
