基于复合母线的双锥天线小型化设计

         

摘要

A novel biconical antenna composed of metal plates with a compound generatrix is proposed.The impedance matching between a biconical antenna and the feed network is significantly improved by introducing the compound generatrix instead of the normal line.For the sake of decreasing the mass and volume,several metal plates are utilized as the radiation part of the antenna,which proves to have little effect on the radiation characteristics.Modeling and simulation are carried out with the help of EM simulation software CST Microwave Studio.According to the simulation results,the antenna proposed in this paper is capable of operating in the frequency range of 0.79~22.8 GHz with S11 below-10 dB,resulting in the bandwidth ratio of 28.9:1.The average gain of the antenna is about 3 dB in the whole frequency range.The antenna is also manufactured and tested in the chamber;the measured results show good agreement with the simulated results,which could validate the design strategy.Compared with the normal biconical antenna,the miniaturization is realized by utilizing the proposed design strategy.%设计和仿真一种具有复合母线结构的片状超宽带双锥天线.通过将传统双锥天线的直线型母线改为由直线与特定多项式曲线组成的复合母线,天线的阻抗特性得到明显的改善,能够更好地实现与馈源的阻抗匹配.同时,为了在不影响天线辐射特性的前提下减小天线的重量和体积,还采用了片状结构的设计方案.使用电磁仿真软件CST Microwave Studio进行建模与仿真分析.结果表明,天线在0.79~22.8 GHz工作频带内,驻波比均小于2,比带宽达到了28.9:1,整个工作频带内平均增益可以达到3 dBi,性能优于传统的双锥天线,实现了小型化的设计目的.根据仿真结果对天线进行了实物加工,且在微波暗室内进行了测试,测试结果与仿真结果基本一致,验证了设计方法的正确性.
