线圈方位对磁耦合谐振式无线电能传输系统性能的影响

         

摘要

In order to confirm whether the orientation change, the resonant coil will influence the transmission performance in wireless power transfer system. Based on the mutual inductance coupling mode,the relationship be-tween the mutual inductance coefficient and the transmission power and efficiency of the system is obtained. And further analysis of the axial distance,radial distance and deflection angle on the transmission characteristic,the fi-nite element simulation software was using to simulate the transmission system. The research suggests that there is optimal axial and radial distance make the transmission power and efficiency of the system maximum,but the trans-mission efficiency decreases with the increase of axial and radial distance. Within a certain deflection angle,the system transmission power and efficiency is unaltered, and it will gradually decrease beyond the certain angle. When the deflection angle is 90 degrees,the transmission power and efficiency are almost 0. The experimental re-sults are well consistent with the theoretical analysis,which can provide necessary reference for the design of wire-less charging system and its parameters optimization for moving objects.%针对磁耦合谐振无线电能传输系统中线圈之间方位改变对系统传输性能的产生影响的问题,利用互感耦合模型,得出了互感系数与系统传输功率和效率的关系;进一步分析了轴向距离、径向距离和偏转角度的改变对传输性能造成的影响,并利用有限元软件进行仿真建模分析.研究表明:存在最佳的轴向和径向距离,使得系统传输功率最大;而传输效率却随着轴向和径向距离的增大而减小.偏转角度在一定范围内,系统传输功率和效率基本不变;超出一定范围则逐渐较小.当偏转夹角为90°,传输功率和效率几乎为0.实验验证了理论分析的正确性,可为移动物体的无线充电系统设计和参数优化提供了有效的参考.
