A pure electric bus loaded dog-clutch type AMT as the research object,in order to shorten the synchronization time and reduce the synchronization process of shifting synchronous dog-clutch engagement impact as the goal,the dynamic simulation analysis was used to study the rule of the tooth type parameters on the synchronization time and the angular acceleration.Based on virtual prototype technology,the ADMAS has established 4 degrees of freedom dynamic model of the dog-clutch synchronization process,the simulation results and theoretical values are compared to verify the accuracy of the model,the error is 3.7%.The test scheme is designed for different tooth parameters based on the single variable principle and analysis of test results.%以某纯电动大客车装载的牙嵌离合器式AMT为研究对象,以缩短换挡同步时间和减小同步过程牙嵌离合器啮合冲击为目标,采用动力学仿真分析方法研究了牙嵌离合器牙型参数对换挡同步时间和啮合套角加速度的影响规律.基于虚拟样机技术,运用Adams建立了4自由度牙嵌离合器同步过程动力学模型.将模型仿真结果与理论计算值进行对比,其误差为3.7%.依据对照试验单一变量原则,针对不同的牙型参数分别设计了试验方案,并分析了试验结果.
