针对防爆柴油机尾气中NOx和PM排量高,单使用尾气净化装置效果有限的现状,通过在CY25型柴油机上加装防爆装置,研究了甲醇预混合气聚甲氧基二甲醚(PODE)引燃燃烧模式下甲醇占能比对防爆柴油机排放的影响.试验结果表明:随甲醇占能比增加,PM和NOx排放下降,较F-T 柴油引燃PM排放最大降幅达70%;而THC、CO、HCHO排放会随甲醇占能比提高而上升.甲醇预混合气PODE引燃燃烧模式可以使防爆柴油机同时有效降低NOx和PM 排放.%Based on the flameproof diesel engine exhaust gas of high capacity NOx and PM, just use the exhaust gas purifier has a limited effect.A set of explosion-proof devices was added on a CY25 diesel engine to research the effects of methanol energy proportion on exhaust emission of premixed methanol charge induced ignition by PODE for flameproof diesel engine.The result show that with the increase of methanol energy proportion, the emission of NOx and PM is reduced, compared with ignition by F-T fuel the emission of PM has the greatest decline of 70 percent.However the emission of THC,CO,HCHO increased with the increase of methanol energy proportion.The flameproof diesel engine use the combustion mode of premixed methanol charge induced ignition by PODE can effectively reduce the emission of NOx and PM at the same time.
