二次进气角度对固冲发动机掺混燃烧的影响

         

摘要

Usingκ-ε turbulence model and finite rate eddy dissipation chemical reaction model,the method of numerical simulation is adopted to analyzed influence of 30°and 45°secondary air-in angle on mixing combustion of SDR and numerical simulation results are compared with experiment results.The results shows that the vortex strength in head of after-burning combustion increases with the increasing secondary air-in angle,which benefits to enhance the mixing action between air and gas.It is of great help raising the mixing combustion rate.However,overly increasing secondary air-in angle makes total pressure loss of after-burning chamber enlarged.So in the process of choosing the secondary air-in angle of SDR needs to synthetically consider two factors-combustion rate and total pressure loss.%采用κ-ε二方程湍流模型和有限速率涡耗散化学反应模型,对30°和45°两种二次进气角度下的固体火箭冲压发动机补燃室内的掺混燃烧进行了数值模拟,并与实验结果进行对比,结果显示:增大二次进气角度,补燃室头部回流区的漩涡强度增加,从而增强了空气与一次燃气的掺混效应,进而提高了燃烧效率,但若过度地增大二次进气角度会造成补燃室总压损失加大,因此在选择固冲发动机二次进气角度时,需综合考虑其对燃烧效率和总压损失的影响.
