Focusing on the development needs of submillimeter radio telescope a design research of the 345 GHz dual polarization synchronized 3 × 3 beams SIS receiver system is given to strengthen the mapping efficiency of observation and sky survey on submillimeter band.The receiver design frame is introduced,given the CAD design scheme,generaten the model validation and discuss the feasibility.%针对射电天文中亚毫米波望远镜的发展需要,为更高效开展大天区亚毫米波巡天及恒星形成区的成图观测,给出了基于345 GHz亚毫米波段的双极化3×3波束SIS超导接收机系统的设计研究.介绍了接收机的设计思路,给出CAD设计方案、关键技术分析与模型验证.
