温拌沥青混合料浸水多轮车辙试验

         

摘要

Because of warm mix asphalt mixture construction in low temperature, aggregate interior moisture evaporation rate is slower, mixture has water damage hazards. The water damage resistance and its influence factors of warm mixtures were studied through the high temperature immersion rutting test by rotary-loaded-wheel-rut-meter (RLWT). The results show that, by adding nanometer - modifier, the asphalt high temperature stability was im-proved. Research has important guiding significance to reduce early stage disease of warm mix asphalt mixture.%由于温拌沥青混合科的施工温度低,矿料内部的水分蒸发速度慢,混合料存在水损害隐患.应用美国进口的多轮旋转加载轮辙仪,通过高温浸水车辙试验,研究沮拌沥青混合科的抗水损害性能及其影响因素.结果表明,在温拌SMA - 13混合料中掺加一定量的集科改性剂,明显提高了温拌混合科在高温下的抗水损害性能.所得结果对减少温拌沥青混合料的早期病害具有重要的指导意义.
