In combination with local floor design of the Julang pasture activity center, three kinds of scheme and the concrete design process are given, those are the well slab structure, prestressed girder floor structure and pres-tressed beam and slab structure. The three project construction craft and material costs are analyzed comparatively, eventually structure designers are suggested selecting prestressed girder structure system, preliminary design can provide strong support for a good building scheme, can shorten repeated coordination and modification the between construction and structure, while can provide reference for scheme selection and design of similar engineering.%结合巨浪牧场文体活动中心局部楼盖方案设计,给出了井子梁楼盖结构、预应力主梁楼盖结构和预应力梁板楼盖结构三种方案和具体设计过程,对比分析了三种方案的施工工艺和材料费用,最终建议结构设计者选取预应力主梁楼盖结构体系.初步设计为建筑方案的提出提供有力支持,可缩短建筑和结构之间的反复协调与修改,同时可为同类工程的方案选取和设计提供借鉴.
