联合站监控系统的上位机设计与实现

         

摘要

According to the production process flow and control process of joint station and the design requirements of the computer control system, the high performance industrial PC as upper host computer is take, combining PLC and its I/O module, which constitutes a small computer measurement and control system. The design and realization on upper computer states are in details. According to the steps of building a new application, using eForce3. 62, the software design develops the main picture, real-time trends, alarms and so on, simulates the monitoring system, and realizes the man-machine integration. By using this theory, the design of automatic monitoring and controlling of the production process of the joint station are realized. The monitoring system, widely used in oil field joint station, ensures the oilfield production stability and efficiency, and lays solid foundation for building a larger computer automatic control system in future.%根据采油联合站的工艺流程和控制流程及计算机控制系统的设计要求,采用高性能的工控机作为上位机,结合可编程控制器及其输入/输出模块,构成一部小型微机测控系统.详细阐述监控系统的上位机设计与实现.按照建立应用程序的基本步骤,设计出了主画面、实时趋势、报警等界面.对监控系统进行仿真,实现了人机一体化,实现了联合站生产过程的自动监控的设计.广泛应用于油田联合站,保证了油田的稳产高效,为日后建立更大规模的计算机自动控制系统奠定了坚实的基础.
